Selling Your Business. We understand the personal investment you have in your business and how difficult it can be to decide to sell. Once you have made the decision we will be there to assist you in “getting your house in order”. This includes assessing your cash flow, your expenditures, your tax strategy, your staff and other operational elements. Buyers are looking for a proven track record and future potential. We will weigh your business on current market conditions and determine a price and marketing strategy. Then we take over and you get to focus on doing what you do best: running your business.
Liquidating Your Business. In some cases selling your business is not possible and liquidating your assets is the best option. We will work with you to itemize, assess the condition, describe and price your inventory, equipment and property. In most situations we will hold a same-day multi-tiered auction to expedite the liquidation process. In some situations we will work in partnership with a specialized auction house or broker to reach targeted buyers (i.e: restaurant equipment, vehicles, industrial tools, estate sales, etc.) Whichever process we use we will do our absolute best to give you the highest return on your investments.
